Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings. Subscriptions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next period.
Refunds are handled according to the Apple App Store's refund policy. Generally, refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods. To request a refund, contact Apple Support.
We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will apply to new subscriptions and renewals after notice is provided through the App or email.
You retain all rights to the content you create in the App, including shopping lists, items, and photos ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, copy, modify, and process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

The Service, including its design, features, graphics, code, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Buyzer and protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Buyzer, the Buyzer logo, and other marks are trademarks of Buyzer. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.
The Service integrates with third-party services, including:
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUYZER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buyzer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for:

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
